We are looking for a senior executive who creates and implements strategies to grow the business, identifying new opportunities and overseeing a team responsible for executing the plan. You will work closely with other senior leaders, such as the CEO or CFO, to ensure alignment with the overall company strategy. We are looking for a person with excellent communication and negotiating skills to close deals and maintain relationships to support long-term growth.
What will be your daily responsibilities?
- Developing and implementing a strategic plan to grow the business
- Identifying new opportunities for growth, such as expanding into new markets, developing new products or services, or forming strategic partnerships
- Overseeing a team of professionals responsible for executing the strategic plan
- Hiring the new members of the business & growth team
- Negotiating and closing deals and partnerships with key customers or partners
- Maintaining key relationships to support long-term growth
- Working closely with other senior leaders to ensure alignment with the overall company strategy
- Analyzing market trends and competition to stay ahead of the curve
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Forecasting and reporting on revenue to the executive team
- Managing the budget for the growth function, including forecasting expenses and allocating resources to optimize return on investment
