- 3+ years’ experience in product management, management consulting, co-founder, or related product role
- Understanding of algorithmic trading & sports betting or keen willingness to acquire it
- Ability to lead and keep the flexibility in an evolving environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong in strategic and analytical thinking
- Native in CZ/SK language and proficient in English

We are looking for a senior product executive who is responsible for the company product vision and long-term strategic alignment of the business stakeholders. You will work closely with the product team, senior leaders such as the CEO, Head of Trading, Head of Business Development and other business stakeholders, to ensure the company wide alignment on the product strategy.
The core competencies are ensuring agreement on both short- and long-term business priorities, their communication to stakeholders across the company and tight cooperation with the development organisation.
We are looking for an experienced professional able to tackle challenges posed by complex product requirements in dynamically growing organisation. Your ability to define the strategic vision for the company, transform it into a product roadmap and ensure its implementation across the company is key for the success in the role.
The company product combines a solution for discretionary and algorithmic trading, a platform for quantitative modelling and a sportsbook product. In order to manage such a complex landscape, a deep understanding of the domain aspects is essential for the right product decisions.
What will be your daily responsibilities?
- Define the product vision, strategy, and company roadmap
- Lead the product roadmap discussion and decision making
- Discuss priorities with business stakeholders
- Make strategic decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure product decisions are well understood and communicated across the company
- Work closely with the Head of Business Development on the product execution
- Lead the team of product managers working with the development teams
