As a Data Analyst, you will bridge the gap between complex data and business execution. You will support our Quant department by creating and maintaining high-quality datasets for machine learning models, and empower our Trading department by delivering ad-hoc reports and critical business analyses.
You will join a collaborative Data team consisting of a Data Engineer (who manages the technical pipeline infrastructure) and two Data Analysts. We deeply value a supportive environment built on peer code reviews and active knowledge sharing. Because of the complexity and high responsibility tied to trading data, we value sharp attention to detail, technical precision, and an innate curiosity to dive deep into intricate datasets.
We endorse the pragmatic use of Agentic LLMs to boost productivity - we take the meaningful application of AI seriously rather than treating it as a buzzword.
What will be your daily responsibilities?
- BI & Reporting: Build and maintain robust datasets that fuel our business intelligence reports.
- Quant Support: Prepare and optimize datasets tailored for machine learning model training.
- Data Governance: Ensure top-tier data quality across our data warehouse, keep documentation up to date, and assist internal teams with data access.
- Code Excellence: Write, optimize, and maintain clean, high-performance SQL code.
- Advanced Analytics: Build custom Python dashboards for complex data visualizations and perform ad-hoc Python-based analyses.
